Our goal is to help meet Edmonton’s critical housing needs by building high-quality housing to support the city’s growing and diverse population. We are proud to be bringing new purpose-built rental housing to the Woodcroft community — a neighbourhood where approximately 75% of dwellings are single-family homes, the majority of which are owner-occupied. Woodcroft’s central location offers excellent access to public transit, major arterial roads, and some of Edmonton’s most valuable public assets — including Coronation Park and the TELUS World of Science — making it an exceptionally desirable place to live. Recognizing the strength and appeal of this community, we identified Woodcroft as an ideal neighbourhood to offer alternative, much-needed housing options for individuals and families who want to call this vibrant neighbourhood home.
