This project helps address Edmonton’s growing demand for housing by introducing thoughtfully designed rental homes in the Pleasantview neighbourhood. The development will introduce purpose-built rental housing to a mature community largely characterized by single-detached homes, expanding the range of housing options available to those wishing to live in this established south-central Edmonton neighbourhood. The site is located close to Southgate Centre and the Southgate LRT Station, providing convenient transit connections to downtown and the University of Alberta. Major routes such as Calgary Trail and Whitemud Drive are also nearby, along with neighbourhood amenities including Pleasantview Park, Mount Pleasant School, and the Pleasantview Community League. These surrounding amenities and connections make the area well suited to accommodate additional housing while complementing the existing community.

As we work in the community, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and construction best practices. When concerns are raised by neighbours, we take them very seriously and do our best to address them promptly and respectfully. We believe that open communication and responsible building practices are essential to being a good neighbour. We are committed to maintaining open dialogue with the community as we move forward.

You may notice:
